How do I place an order?

Browse the shop, add to cart, and check out. For prescription items, upload your prescription during checkout.

Can I order without an account?

Yes — guest checkout is supported. An account gives you order tracking and refill features.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

Paystack and Flutterwave (cards, transfers, USSD), plus bank transfer.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed on PCI-compliant gateways. We never store card details.

Prescriptions

How do I upload a prescription?

Visit the Upload Prescription page, fill in your details and attach a clear photo or PDF.

How long does verification take?

Usually under 30 minutes during operating hours.

Refills

Is the Refill Program free?

Yes — there is no subscription fee. You only pay for the medication you receive.

Can I skip a refill?

Yes. Skip, pause or change quantity any time from your dashboard.

Delivery

How fast is delivery?

Same-day within Abeokuta for orders before 4pm. 1–3 working days nationwide.

What are the fees?

From ₦1,000 in Abeokuta. Free over ₦20,000. Distance-based fees apply elsewhere.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in page, click 'Forgot password' and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Returns

What's your return policy?

Medications cannot be returned for safety reasons. Damaged or wrong items are replaced free of charge within 48 hours.
